SLG enterprises was formed in 2001, even though the first properties were purchased in 1995. SLG Enterprises, Inc. is an "S" corporation,
owning the LLC's. Scott Goff is president of the corporation, and thereby act as manager of the LLC's. Tenants write checks to the LLC's, which own the buildings.
